Hi From the 15 April I must have been sending 50 plus texts from virgin as an update on their on going work. Do we know exactly what the fault is.or does the fuse go each time.

Do we know what's going on.as now the date is the 28th. same format as abov

    I know a long time to sort. But just had another few texts as update.must have had at least 30texts. Now 2 may 2025.hope the engineer is in a htl

    Hey Saltaire8VM, thank you for reaching out and we are so sorry to hear here is an area outage happening.

    The outage is an SNR outage - SNR (signal to noise ratio). This is just a technical term for interference of the Broadband signal caused by noise which ingresses on to our network. It's a difficult problem to locate and diagnose. This is because noise can ingress anywhere on our network. This affects the whole area..
