Try checking with Area faults on 0800 561 0061 or if you have a VM landline 150 as small local faults are not listed on the VM status page.
Power levels look okay, but the BQM and log are not looking good. Will need a VM Mod to check this out as it looks like something is amiss with your circuit.

Have checked in with Virgin this morning and after some conversation they are sending an engineer on Saturday. What’s frustrating is we have periods of almost flawless service and then this starts having no idea why or what it is they ‘fix’ when they arrive but in every visit they replace the Hub and we move on.If they have multi-replaced the Hub then it obviously isnt that.
Ask the Tech to check all of the wiring outside and move to a different tap in the street cab - a lower down power level might help - ~0/1 would be optimal or the connection may be loose
Thanks for this. I will speak to them on Saturday morning and see what their view is, generally speaking I have been impressed by the engineers that have attended, they have seemed quite knowledgable but I am not expert.
