Broadband help

I have been with Virgin approx 2 weeks, external works done with no problems 

Since being connected I have had problems with smart phones disconnecting after a few seconds of Internet access, having to manually reconnect. Smart WiFi etc all turned off on phones. 

I've had a really helpful engineer come out today and replace the box and talked me through everything and it all seemed to be fixed, but half an hour later I'm facing the same problems again 

My TV & streaming is fine

Engineer said to do a reboot which I've done but doesn't seem to have fixed the problem 

Quite frustrated with it now, was hoping for good things from Virgin.

    Sorry to hear of the wireless connection issues experienced with some of your devices, we appreciate the frustration this can cause and you raising via the forums. Welcome to the community!

     

    In your post you mentioned it impacts only some devices, are these all mobile phones? Do you experience this on those devices in certain area's of the property? Are any other wirelessly connected devices in that area also impacted?
