Broadband down

My broadband went down Sunday, came back on Monday 11am went down again Monday night 10pm, and same again Tuesday, tried calling could not get a human, this is not the service I’m paying for getting annoyed more and more now I might even leave because this is a breach of service.

    Have you used the /check-services/   function to check for problems in your area? You can also a run a test on your equipment from there. 

    If nothing is showing  you could also try the automated Service Status number  0800 561 0061.  This often gives details of more local issues down to postcode level.

    We're sorry to hear about the service dropping and you not being able to get in touch for support.

    It looks like newapollo has kindly advised of the service status link and number already.

    Can we please ask if you've experienced any further drops since your last post?
