I can see that your last engineer visit was about a month ago, so we'll need to look at getting another engineer out to you to investigate further.

I have responded to your PM (not that I should have been pushed back to the forum by Kath when the problem clearly was not fixed and have to wait another over a month to talk to someone about it) .
by the way no reboots for the last two nights and I am rather reluctant to go through all the hassle of going back to router mode again.. now 20 months of issues 🙂 great hey??

and by the way I have no way of knowing you have replied or sent a PM because virgin emails still go to spam (another problem that has been running for years now!!)

Thanks for coming back to us fizz and sorry to hear your issues are still ongoing. I can see that you are being helped by one of my colleagues via private message. Who will continue to support you, if you could reply to the latest private message that has been sent to you.
Regarding your emails going into spam folders. Please try adding the email address that we're sending the notifications from into your address book and this should stop that happening.
