I received an email which in part stated:

We’ve been keeping an eye on things and still don’t think your connection is as good as it should be. These types of issues can come and go, so if you’ve noticed them, we’d like to send an expert engineer to help fix the issue — on us.

I clicked on the link to book, it takes me to a page where I enter some details, then to a blank page.

So even the email to fix a fault is faulty.
