I’ve recently just renewed my contract and in the last few days I’ve noticed the pod I have upstairs is making a horrid high pitched noise.. kinda sounds power related. Having that in a room can be pretty damn annoying
anyone else having this issue ?

Noise faults & overheating just extends the reasons why we do not have VM Pods.

Even if they were free, I'd decline. They may be fine, but I'd rather have a solution that I manage myself.
My black wifi pod is doing exactly the same, the noise is infuriating! Virgin sent an engineer out today who swapped it, but the new one seems to be doing the exact same thing!!
Turn the noisy VM Pods OFF ASAP before is can cause any thermal damage.
