Another request for someone to make contact re: ordering WiFi Pods

Like many other people, I have run speed tests on VM Connect and have poor signal in some areas of the house. I have been unable to determine how to order wifi pods as I just go round in circles on MyVirginMedia. Would someone please be able to make contact to progress?

    Welcome back to the Community Forums. 

    Sorry to hear you've not been able to order WiFi pods via our Connect app. 

    Our WiFi Max service is available to customers at an extra £8 a month cost, depending on whether you're on a Volt/1Gbps package or not. If you've not been able to order on the app, it might be that additional information and changes are required, which cannot be processed remotely with the online ordering through the Connect App. 

     

    If that's the case for you, and you're happy to add WiFi Max to your package, are you able to post your speed test from either the Connect app or on Sam Knows here, and we can look into this further for you?
