Hello, im new to virgin, so new router etc, but i cannot access adult only sites it seems. Parental controls are off, is there anything else I need to do?

Only "block" from VM is in the Parental controls.
Dont use the App - log into your account settings in a browser and try turning it on, then saving and logging out - Then go back in and switch it off and save again.
If that doesn't do it what error messages are you seeing?
Can you connect to gambling sites ok - or are they blocked too?
Hi there, yes ive tried that on a browser, it still doesn't work. Yes i can get on gambling websites ok. Its very strange. It just says 'Safari cannot open page, cannot establish a secure connection to the server. '
Its the same for firefox too, its very odd
To get you over the hurdle whilst VM fix the issue, you can manually set the DNS on the device(s)
Try 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 Google DNS Servers
