Additional Wifi Pod Request

Hi,

please can someone advise on how I go about ordering a second wifi pod?  I have one already but am having ongoing issues with my TV box and suspect that an additional wifi pod may help.  Unfortunately my VM Connect app does not work - it starts the hub speed test and then does nothing.

    As you know the official route is to use the VM Connect App and scan your property.  When completed, the app should allow you to order the first Pod.  If this is not working, just wait here a day or two for a VM Mod to pick this up and discuss directly with you.

    Hi Jayne,

    Have you tried adding a second pod via My Virgin Media?

    If you have received your first WiFi Pod and once you have set it up you are still not receiving download speeds of at least 30Mbps in every room, you can request a second WiFi Pod by signing into My Virgin Media, clicking on Your Package and following the steps in the WiFi Max tab
