Websafe turned on but not working

Hello

Our Websafe is switched on but it is not blocking websites with nude content.

Can someone help us fix this please.

    Virgin Media's DNS must be used with Web Safe otherwise it will not work. To confirm this is the case please confirm the value shown for AS Name here https://1.1.1.1/help is Virgin Media; if it is not then it has either been manually set on the device or third-party router. Post back here if issue persists.
