Wrongly charged for Netflix subscription

I have been wrongly charged on my bill for Netflix Subscription from last 4 months and this month this has been charged double the amount which shocked me as I don't have any Netflix account with me. Also I don't have any TV service added to my account. I only use broadband and noone in my house has any subscription to Netflix. I checked all my previous bills and saw the subscription charges being added.

  • I have been charged for Netflix every month even though I don't have any Netflix account. Every month I contact Customer Service but you guys still charging. It's harassment to me for each month. Just 2 days back I received an email that my netflix has been cancelled, but now the charges are here again. I am really fed up of Virgin Media
