Wifi Pods on Volt

Hi. I appear to be in exactly the same position as many other customers. I have a WIFI blackspot in one of my bedrooms which I tested using the app. However there is no information on how to actually get a Pod. Looks like this is common for all Volt customer. You offer free Pods but have setup no way to actually order them.
