WiFi Boosters
I am a Volt customer and received a free WiFi booster, as advised on the app, but I’ve had an activation charge added to my bill. I did speak with someone who said they would credit it, as this shouldn’t be the case, but there still isn't anything showing.
It’s so hard to speak to someone who can explain what’s going on or resolve it!!
