Why only 1 stream box per household

have just installed what is laughingly called the Mega Volt package to find I can only show the TV programmes on 1 TV. (Perhaps mini volt would have been a better name) It seems I could have gone for the 360 option, but to make that work I would need to link the boxes using coaxial cable. Not very practical.

why are Virgin stuck in the dark ages. Sky have had Multiroom connected by WiFi for years.

when will multiple WiFi boxes be available?

The Mega Volt package isn't available with the Stream boxes.

Which actual box(es) do you have (pictures below)

You say you've just installed the Mega Volt package.  This consists of a main TV360 box which has a hard drive for recording purposes, and any additional boxes with that package will be 360 mini boxes which don't contain a hard drive.  All TV360 boxes need connecting via coaxial cable for live TV.

The Stream boxes are one per household, so no multi room option,  and don't need a coaxial connection, the broadcast TV is carried over the internet instead.

The Stream box, unlike the main 360 box, doesn't have a hard drive so you cannot record on the Stream box.

You are wrong. Like I said I have a Mega Volt TV package (l have just double checked the order confirmation email) + 1 stream box. (Your first picture)

Why only 1 box. Definitely not Mega.
