Volt Speed Upgrade NOT Active
Before responding, please carefully read this post to avoid any backtracking and advising options that have already been covered.
I am an existing VM customer & existing o2 Customer. A few months ago I activated the Volt benefits. When I logged into o2 it stated that I was eligible, I activated volt benefits and they have been applied, I am currently getting the double mobile data perfectly and have been for a few months. Unfortunately my free VM Broadband speed upgrade hasn't been activated. I am on M250 and therefore should be upgraded to M350 I believe? After a few months I thought it would happen but nope.
Annoyingly I now have to chase this up, I’d rather avoid the gruelling phone calls talking to people who don’t understand my issue and having to jump through multiple hoops just to get a straight answer.
can anyone assist me?
