Thanks for your post, welcome to the Community Forums.
That's right - as long as you're not already on a Volt package (if you're on M500 and not V500, it sounds like you're not on a Volt bundle) then you would be eligible to receive the Volt benefits. However, you can only receive the speed boost and data boost once. So for example, if you are already on a Volt package and wish to renew your deal, you would not be entitled to another free speed boost and data boost.
