Volt but address doesn't match
I am entitled to Volt and while O2 have recognised and put me on it, Virgin Media hasn't. It's been over a month now. In my first bill I see that Virgin has added an extra line to my address (County field) that O2 hasn't. I don't see how to edit the VM address online to remove the County line (it is not needed) - please can someone from VM help and then get me onto Volt.

I'd like to investigate this for you and get the address amended.
