Virgin media black pods

Hi virgin media community 

I am on the gig1 full fibre broadband and I have been typing to you guys alot and I’m trying to replace my white pods with black WiFi pods because I have been promised when im in gig1 I get these pods. Can anyone tell me why they keep on telling me that “virgin media doesn’t sell black pods anymore but when I check Google and the community, everyone has these pods. If you are from virgin reading this, I hope you can replace my white pods with black. Thank you.

    Hello Alan691,

    Welcome to the community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. Do you currently have an issues with your current white pods? Are there any faults with them? We wouldn't be able to replace the pods unless there are faults with the existing pods.

      I have processed this order with the virgin media team already. Someone was nice enough and said they will replace the white ones with black. I just wanted to check when will I revive the pods because I need an exact date. I also wanted to complain about a really rude agent Lydia_D

        If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.
