Unknown recognised default statement on my credit file
Hi,
Hoping someone can help. I have just had a financial application rejected due to a default balance from O2. (Not sure why as I don't have any O2 affiliated or Virgin Media affiliated Mobile contract.
The only reference I have to this account / agreement is the Lender Name and Portfolio number on my credit file.
On checking online it may have something to do with my Virgin account (which I only have an active broadband agreement).
I am struggling to get through anywhere speaking to O2 directly as I don't have an O2 account number or an O2 mobile number to get through the automation process to speak with someone.
