Trying to Get O2 Sim card
Hi, went on the Virgin site, selected a 100gb O2 sim, which then promises double broadband speed.
Got an email with Contract information, the O2 part says I need to confirm within 7 days - but there is no indication of how to confirm, no contact number, no link to click.
Thought I'd phone Virgin to sort it out, they have no idea how to complete this, and would only offer the deals they could see, at an extra £90 a month!!!
Spent over n hour on Tuesday trying to sort it, and another 45 minutes today. Currently waiting for a live chat agent, as the first one couldn't help - been waiting on there for 50 minutes.
Anyone know how to confirm these orders?
