I'm really sorry to hear about the experience you've had trying to resolve an issue with your address on our systems.
You mentioned that the billing address doesn't match, do you mean because they are different addresses that you're using, or are there slight differences in the addresses on each system? If you can please confirm which system has the incorrect address, we'll be able to advise further.
