We have recently Had Virgin Media Broadband put in and my partner has an O2 sim registered to her name. We are trying to get volt set up but we cannot find any option to make it work. We are both registered to the same address can someone help?
I think the issue is that the VM address has the post code twice. I have seen this issue discussed in prevous community posts, but not found a solution and I can't find a way to do this online.
