Address not matching Colt Woes

After several calls my address is still wrong on the virgin systems it's down as 

AD HOUSE NAME 9 NAMEWITHAN"R" RO

TOWN

VILLAGE       POSTCODE

Where it should be

HOUSE NAME 

9, NAME ROAD

VILLAGE, TOWN

POSTCODE

As it is on my O2 and royal mail.
