3 sims 1 ex-Virgin 2 old 02 Questions

Hi. I have Virgin home broadband with the Volt data doubling deal in place. This is because I also have mobile phones with 02. I want to keep the Volt BB benefit.

I have two 02 accounts (one has always been an 02 account; one was a Virgin Mobile account which is now 02). My ex-Virgin 02 account benefits from Volt data doubling.

How can I check which of my O2 accounts generates the home BB Volt doubling?

I'm considering ditching one of the my two 02 mobile accounts but don't want to lose my BB Volt benefits.

TIA

thanks. So to confirm. You are saying that providing that I have one of the mobile accounts that I mentioned (1 is an ex- Virgin mobile and one is an 02 account) that is registered to my home address I will continue to receive volt benefits for my home broadband and also my mobile account. Which would mean that I would be able to move one of my accounts to another provider but still get the volt benefits to my home broadband and my my remaining mobile phone contract - yes?

As long as we have one O2 mobile number registered at the same address as the Cable address, then there's no change.

  • Hey vcustomer77, thank you for reaching out and we are so sorry to hear about your sim cards.

You can check this on your O2 account it will show the number.

As long as the addresses are registered at the same one the volt benefits will continue.
