Box is working fine and connected to internet fine, today I noticed the little arrow symbol on the front of the box, it was a solid white light up/down arrow, not flashing.
Its disappeared now, just curious what it means?

Box lost connection to the VM server & has re-established it. This can happen occasionally as a result of maintenance at the cable headend.
It should be:
Arrows Red no connection to internet. (Only usually seen if you connect via Wi-Fi).
Arrows Amber no server connection.
Arrows white flashing. Establishing connection to server.
Arrows white connection established.
