Virgin box slow and app often not working

My old V6 box I think is nearing the end of its time, it's at least 10 years old so I tried contacting Virgin online for a replacement, but going through the online help isn't working. As soon as I click on TV issues the options for cookies comes up and no Matter what I click on nothing works, on tablet and phone. Other than phone, any other way to contact virgin?

    A VM person should pick this up eventually and offer to help. But be advised that the V6 box has been discontinued, so if you can get a replacement it will probably not be a shiny new one. VM are moving to streaming instead of recording.

    What exactly makes you think your V6 is failing? What problems are you having with it? You've not said.

    The expected outcome from a faulty-V6 is a replacement-V6. What you might well get is a sales pitch for the newer TV360. It uses the exact same hardware, but with substantially different software.

      Some channels jumping, some apps not working, same signs I had on my second box I ended up returning
