V6 Kaput

My V6 stopped working while watching TV. I have tried every button combo suggested on these forums and others. This worked for me previously, but not this time. The box appears to be kaput. It's stuck in an endless loop of the downloading icon (I presume that's what it is), 'Welcome' and 'Starting up' screens. Unlike last time when I encountered a similar experience, the are no flashing lights this time anywhere on the box.

Very much doubt I need an engineer as I suspect they will just replace the box What are the chances of me getting another V6? My sister has a 360 and I really don't like it.

    Thanks for posting and welcome back to the community. Sorry to hear of any V6 issues. 

    Normally, if needed a new box as the engineer can't fix it would be like for like.

    Hi John

    Engineer replaced kaput V6 with another V6, so all good. He was a top man for being patient while I temporarily disabled my router's security settings to allow access to the new V6.
