Did you use the "clear and delete everything" reset by any chance? That has a bug which does cause these symptoms.
Try... Turn off the V6 at switch; then on the V6 box hold down both the power button and the +button at the same time. Then turn on the V6 again whilst keeping hold of those buttons for a further 30 seconds. The box should reboot, the power button will turn blue and boot cycle complete.
If this fails, you'll need to report your "TV box that won't startup" to VM for a tech visit & replacement.

This woke for me. My box was stuck in a cycle of reboot. I pressed and held + and the pressed and held power (in that order) then held both for 30 seconds or so, the little light on the front of the box turned blue and the reboot cycle was broken.
