It won't get past "Starting up". Tried several hard reboots to no avail. Connection and signal lights flashing and main light flashing yellow and red 😐
Is it done for? What's the easiest way to resolve this without having to go through many fault finding flow charts? Do I need an engineer or will VM just send a new one out?
Any TV box stuck in a reboot loop should be called into TV faults who can arrange a tech visit. As a last throw of the dice, you can try the following..
Try turning off the V6 at switch; then on the V6 box hold down both the power button and the +button at the same time. Then turn on the V6 again whilst keeping hold of those buttons for a further 30 seconds. The box should reboot, the power button should turn blue, and it should reset and boot up normally.
