V6 Box Frozen

Hi, my V6 box in our bedroom will not power up. 

I've checked all connections (unplugging and re-plugging each one). Checked that the internet is good. Rebooted the box several times. Tried a reset too - power and + buttons held. But the power button shows either permanent RED, or AMBER. Nothing else. I get nothing on the screen whatsoever.

It appears to be updating or something and never recovers.

    Report it as a fault. 

    The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post. This board is not a fault reporting system.

    Thanks for your post. I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with your TV box, we'll likely need to schedule an engineer visit to get the TV box replaced.
