V6 box beeping

My box is beeping and nothing stated on this form works to shut the noise up! It also needs restarting every time it’s switched off

It's often helpful to specify exactly what you have tried already, for the purposes of elimination.

When you say "beeping all the time", do you mean there's a beep physically coming from the box itself? Or beeps being fed through the sound feed of your TV/AV kit?

A box that's physically making noise could potentially be a sign of hard drive failure.

Upon checking the system, we can see you did have an engineer visit booked in but subsequently cancelled.
