V6 Box - The DVR has detected a serious error
Hi
I am getting the green screen and the "... DVR has detected a serious problem and is trying to fix it; do not switch off for 3 hours" message on one of our V6 boxes. I believe that will require a technician visit, is that something that can be arranged via the VM folks on the forum or do I have to go via the phone helpline? I have no time before 18:30 on any weekday so, if possible, I'd rather wait a couple of days for someone to respond on here than sit in a phone queue for hours.
