Urgent, time sensitive Re: transferring settings from old V6 to new V6.

I am a carer for a disabled gentleman.

We have received a new V6 box for him and are helping him to set it up.  The link to transfer series links, thumbs up/down and wishlists isn't working virginmedia.com/helptvonthego in the manual and we understand this has to be done quickly before the data is lost.

What is the up to date link please?

    Unfortunately I believe this feature no longer works. Virgin are sadly moving away from the V6 box so unlikely it will get fixed. Instead you will need to go into the "Series Link Manager" and note down the series links (taking a few photos may be the easiest way) before adding them again on the new box.

    Just be glad it's not a 360 as that does not have a series link manager and you can only add series links for programs in the current TV guide, so it would be even more hassle!
