Orange light on constant and won’t load past welcome page. Tried rebooting, the orange light changes to a slow flash and screen shows and arrow ‘loading’. After a minute or two the box makes a clicking noise and goes back to steady orange light and welcome page.
The online chat is absolutely useless, nothing coming through on WhatsApp and don’t have the patience to wait on hold all night on phone!
