TV Guide Not updating

My tv guide hasn't updated since the early hours of Tuesday. When I check the system it says that there is programme info up to Tue 8th July. When I check the network connection the box seems to be successfully updating every 6 hours, as is usual. I have tried to force a connection to update, it connects to network, says it's downloading, and successfully completes.  However there is nothing new downloaded and the tv guide still shows up to Tues 8th.  This is all tv channels not just Terrestrial channels (BBC, ITV). I have tried rebooting, but that doesn't change anything. When I check the service status page on the website it shows Broadband connectivity issues on the tv, but broadband is working perfectly, and if there were connectivity issues the box wouldn't be able to successfully connect to the network.   

This happened a few months ago as well, it seemed to take a few days but it did update everything.  So, I'm probably just over anxious, that its a problem with just me, and it'll be fixed soon, but if this is happening with anyone else, at least i'll know it's VM and not my box.   

Any ideas would be grateful.

    If the network connections screen reports successful connections every ~6 hours, then connectivity is working.

    As a broad rule, the PSB channels (101-105 plus spin-offs) update on a weekly basis. Currently you should have listings upto & including Friday 4th July, and between Friday-Sunday that should populate through to Friday 11th July.

    Pay-channels generally operate a rolling 12-14 day guide depending on broadcaster.

    If you can post a picture of your guide doing something other than this, it would be useful. The natural conclusion would be a box-specific issue.
