Trouble with Catch Up TV on ITVX

I’ve been trying to watch old episodes of The 1% Club on my Virgin V6 box using either Catch Up or the ITVX app. I keep having problems with stuttering during playback or a completely blank screen. ITVX is playing OK on my PC but it’s proving to be unwatchable on my V6 box

    For ITV content, CatchUp IS the ITV-X app

    I've played the first minute of S4 E1 on my V6, it's played fine with no issues. Are there any specific episodes you're having problems with? Do you have issues with any other ITV-X programmes? Are other streaming apps OK?

Can you let us know how long this issue has been ongoing for? What happens after rebooting the TV box? Can you let us know if you are having this issue with multiple shows or episodes?       Thank you both for the replies.
      The ITVX app seems to be working reasonably well for me at the moment but with the occasional stuttering in playback. Rebooting makes no difference and when going to the Virgin Media Status page it still reports “The TV box is having broadband connection issues”
