TiVo 6 box Freezing

I am experiencing an intermittent issue with my TiVo 6 box, where it freezes while playing back recordings as well as when navigating the TV channels section. The problem occurs sporadically, making it difficult to pinpoint a specific trigger.

I have tried basic troubleshooting steps such as restarting the box, but the issue persists. Could you please advise on any further steps I can take, or whether a replacement or engineer visit might be necessary?
