Sky Sports HD channels

I added HD to my existing Sky Sports add-on this week. Most of the channels are available, but I still don't have access to:
509 Sky Sports News HD
510 Sky Sports Mix HD

Should I have? If so, how do I get them added?

    Sky Sports Mix HD & Sky Sports News HD are outside the main Sky Sports package. They are included with the top tier general TV bundles (Maxit TV & Mega TV). You need to upgrade to these as part of your contract to receive them.
