Replacement Mains Cable

Hi

My mains cable has been chewed through, is it possible to have a replacement sent out?

      We're sorry to hear the power cable has been chewed through. As you've posted in the V6 boards, we can only assume this is what you need the power cable for however as you've not mentioned what it is you need, we can't be certain. 

      To avoid us sending out the wrong equipment, can you please pop back and confirm what box you need the cable for?

    Really, back of power for what ?  Hub, V6, 360, Flex?   There are many devices supplied by VM.
