Remove app links from channel list

Hi,

I would like to remove all the pretend channels that get underfoot when channel hopping. By "pretend channel" I mean those that say, "press red" or something similar to load some random app.  Once loaded, the ability to channel hop has gone (until I exit).

If I want to stream I'll use my HTPC computer instead, or go into apps on the virgin box if that wasn't an option.

These pretend channels add nothing to the experience.
