Relocate V6 Box to Another Room

I'd like to move one of my V6 boxes to another room. Is anyone able to tell me how I go about arranging that, please?

    The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post.

  • Just to add to the advice above, there is a £25 non fault call out charge for relocating equipment.

    If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.
