Pixelation

I have been experiencing pixilation whilst viewing channels Sky Arts Sky Cricket and BBC CBeebies. Tried a reboot and made no difference. Anybody found a solution to this ?

    Pixellation on live TV is usually inidicative of a signal fault, so if a single reboot has failed to clear - there's likely a fault somewhere.

    Primary fault reporting is via phone on 0345 4541111, or 150 from a VM landline. VM staff should respond on this forum after a day or so if you don't mind waiting.
