Sorry to hear of TV service issues regarding the image quality during recordings, we appreciate you letting us know via the forums. 

From what you have advised this is a hard drive issues with the set top box itself, this will need a visit to look into and replace so I will send you a Private Message, please keep an eye out in the top right when signed into the forums for the envelope. This is where you will be able to find my Private Message and be able to respond.
