Pixel help about 9 o’clock

Hi

can anybody he v6 box always pixels about 9 o’clock each night on certain channels can  it can be ok and then about 9 o’clock it starts to pixel have had box replaced but still happens with new box

    Pixellation is usually an indicator of a signal fault, so it's unusual for it to be so predictable of a certain time. Can you be more specific about which channel(s) it happens on?

    I'd recommend recording an example of the broken picture, and reporting the fault to play to the tech when they visit.

    Pixelation is a signal issue, so if it is happening at a certain time each day the cause is likely interference generated from within your property or a neighbour.

    This could either be:

    1. RF noise ingress from a piece of radio equipment (mobile phones & such).
    2. Unsuppressed electrical interference from items like heating timers, microwave ovens & the like.

      So this is where you need to do some detective work & see if you have anything in the house that switches on at the same time the interference happens. If you can locate the source of the interference you can then take corrective action.
