No TV
Hi, I received a message I needed to upgrade my V6 box to still receive Netflix. I received a new 360 box but can't set that up as I don't have Virgin broadband. Please help

Something here isn't right... can you check which box you have, on https://www.virginmedia.com/care/tv-fault/which-tv-box
Netflix remains fully supported on, and is NOT being removed from, the V6. It is being removed from the legacy TiVo box. Both the V6 & TV360 require VM home broadband to function, something not true of the TiVo which has its own inbuilt connection.
Sounds like the OP has had the older TiVo and "no" broadband as such. I believe the OP should have received a Hub to supply the broadband to mimic the TiVo's built in broadband modem, and a V6 ? Sounds like a mix up somewhere along the line, along with the perceived push to oust the V6's.
My belief is that TiVo-only customers must subscribe to broadband for an upgrade to a V6 or 360 (hence a new contract), and a tech must of course install it.
My bad, it is the TiVo box I have and I think you're all correct, thank you. Hopefully, I'll get to speak to someone at VM one day . . .
