How do I arrange an engineer visit? I need to move my box to another room

Primary fault reporting is by phone - 0345 4541111 or 150 from a VM landline.
Otherwise forum staff should respond to this thread in a couple of days.
Non-fault tech visits cost a flat £25 covering all parts & labour
