Firmware boot loop

Hello there,

Two of my v6 boxes have succumbed to the firmware bootloop (stuck on the box with downloading arrow and looping between welcome/starting up)

Tried with the soft reset, switched off at mains etc but seems these have completely failed.

Would it be possible for an engineer/replacement for these?

    You might be able to rescue the boxes from the bootloop and get it up and running again by  turning off the box at the switch;  then on the box  hold down both the power button and the - (minus) button which is on the front of the box at the same time.

    Then turn on the box again whilst keeping hold of those buttons for a further 30 seconds. The box should reboot, and the power button will turn blue, and it should reset and boot up normally. 

    Again if it's showing that screen and the above doesn't work then use the same method but substitute the minus button for the + (plus) button.

    Thanks for posting and welcome to the community. Sorry to hear of the V6 issue. 

    Has following the advice from newapollo fixed this? Keep us posted if not :).
