Error Message - Ordering free replacement Remote Control (V6)

Hi,

My V6 remote control is extremely worn and tempremental and I'm trying to request a replacement online.

It confirms that it is free of charge, but then on the final stage it gives an error - "An error occurred when placing your order".


Can a member of the Virgin Media team help with this please ?
