I have the same issue. Trying to watch Chicago PD s13e1 and having to give up as pixelation is so bad you cannot watch it. Also tried going in via channels to watch it on the App, but exactly the same issue via that route.
How are you finding this programme "via channels to watch it on the app"?
Sky as a broadcaster don't use an app for OnDemand, they use VM's in-house OnDemand platform. And I can't see it listed.
Chicago PD series 13, episode 1 is available under TV Shows > Channels > Sky Witness on my 360, and plays without any pixelation
